We came in on 7/31/25 with our baby Diezel and the care they showed him and me and my husband was amazing. The kindness they showed us will not be forgotten. We lost our boy that night but not because of anything they did, it was just too late for him. But the staff that we encountered that night hold a place in our hearts. Thank you for everything, thank you for your kindness, and thank you for the respect shown to us in one of the worst times of our life! Y'all are truly amazing ❤️

My Cat Hazel was transferred to SVEC from Case Veterinary Hospital because it was Friday evening and she needed to be on IV fluids and monitored overnight. I was nervous to leave her but the staff there made me feel at ease. We were able to visit Hazel any time we wanted and they even had a nice comfortable private room with a cozy couch and snacks! Dr. Hill was wonderful as were all of the vet techs and support staff and Hazel was so well cared for while under their care. We are so grateful to SVEC for treating all of us with kindness, patience and compassion. I highly recommend SVEC!!

these people are AMAZING!! any time we have taken one of our cats there, they have not only taken care of my animals with great care, but also me and my partner. i always have a million questions and they answer every single one of them in detail and actually sit and talk with me. as an anxious pet parent, this is perfect. they have been so accommodating and helpful during some of the worst days of my life!

Have some compassion for what these people deal with every day, this is one of the most difficult professions to work in. They are absolutely without a doubt doing their best.

We came in on a very busy day but the technician (I missed her name!) made sure to let us know what was happening every step of the way. There was a 3-4 hr wait for everything to be complete but that’s to expected for most ERs these days. Please be kind to vet staff, they’re doing their best and saving lives.

We recently had to visit this emergency room. We were out of town and had to send our sons with our beloved dog to the clinic. Unfortunately, he passed from congestive heart failure. The veterinarian, the receptionist and the technician were wonderful. They worked with us being out of town, allowing us to FaceTime our poor boy at the end. They were very compassionate with us. I found them to be truthful, honest and I would recommend them again. It was a very difficult day, but I’m glad we found this clinic to help us through it.

Our sweet baby Hero was just diagnosed very recently with cancer- unfortunately it was extremely aggressive and his condition deteriorated before we could even begin palliative treatments with Dr. Datars, a wonderful oncologist at the same location. Quite suddenly, it became clear that he was suffering and if we didn’t bring him in to bring about a peaceful end soon it would be terrible for him.

Savannah veterinarian emergency clinic is awesome! We brought our cat Momo in with a large mass on her leg. The vets and vet techs worked with us to identify what the mass was and the best course of action to address it. They treated us and Momo with care, compassion, and expertise. She’s on the mend and as sweet as ever. Thank you SVEC and all those who work with the animals and their people. Highly recommend!

My sweet boy passed away in my arms tonight. This is the second day we had visited this vet this week, and have been here prior as well. The compassion and empathy I was shown made this process easier. They gave me time with my baby, they explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Being reassured that this was the right decision by the vet was exactly what I needed to hear in this moment. They’re busy, but that has never stopped them from showing deep empathy towards me and my boy. I will never forget their kindness. This was my first pet, so a huge loss. I couldn’t have done it without them. To all the vets that worked with him from reception to him being put to sleep, THANK YOU!
